 Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and ensure consistency in service delivery.
 Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge of products and enhance customer interaction skills.
Requirements
 High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
 Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
 Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
 Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote work environment.
 Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage.
