DescriptionTEKsystems is currently seeking REMOTE Member Service Representatives for a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Dallas, TX, to join the Fraud and Digital Services Department. This position involves responding to inquiries and requests from members within a 24/7 high-volume, structured contact center environment. The ideal candidate will provide information about the companyÂs... products and services, perform transactions, and advise members on options that may fit their needs while ensuring optimal customer service.

Compensation and Benefits
 Pay: $19.50/hour
 Full-time schedule with overnight shifts (40 hours per week, Monday-Saturday)
 Must have a 6-day availability to work within a flexible 9.5-hour window.

 Manage a high call volume of 80-100+ calls daily
Qualifications
 High School Diploma or GED required
 1-2 years of recent customer service experience in call center, collections, or banking preferred
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
