We provide night-shift (12 hour 4 on/4 off) remote support to our valued Dematic Customers on production systems. Often times, we do travel for support and training purposes. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $82,875 - $121,550 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications: What will you do in this role:  Our team participates in the support of semi-complex systems that integrate hardware and software  Provides support in semi-complex material specification, schematic troubleshooting, and appropriate follow-up  Participates in recommending ideas related to efficiency improvement, cost reduction, and improvement in customer happiness  Provides troubleshooting expertise to Dematic's customers  Travel between 20-30% to different customer locations, which may include weekends and overtime What We are Looking For:  Bachelor's Degree  Experience with Dematic Walmart installs  Being willing to work nights and on-call coverage is a must!  We need you to have proven experience in a related field providing customer service support - customer happiness is key!  Experience with Allen Bradley Logix PLC controls platforms  Experience with controls hardware troubleshooting  Siemens and Modicon PLC experience a plus  Electrical troubleshooting experience  Strong customer service mentality  Ability to work in a team environment  Strong verbal communication skills over the phone  Ability to work independently #LI-DH1 #inpost Apply Job!Â
