We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative and Admin Support. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

- Proficiency in Google-related services and Slack, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems
