Core Responsibilities:
- Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the US marketplace, including seasonal trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Proactively identify product selection gaps and translate these insights into actionable Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
 - Strategic Sourcing & Partnership Development: Identify, prospect, and onboard high-value sellers to our platform through targeted outreach, industry events, and compelling presentations. Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with key marketplace players.
 - Seller Enablement & Performance Optimization: Provide expert guidance and best-practice recommendations to sellers on optimizing their online presence, including strategies for enhanced product listings, improved delivery performance, and increased customer engagement. Leverage data-driven insights to drive tangible improvements in seller performance and customer satisfaction.
 - Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including product development, marketing, and customer support teams, to address seller challenges and ensure a seamless marketplace experience. Act as a key advocate for seller needs and contribute to the development of solutions that benefit both sellers and customers.
 - Market Expansion Initiatives: Develop and execute targeted market expansion initiatives to introduce new product categories and attract key marketplace players to our platform, maximizing product selection and expanding our customer base.
 
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required.
 - 1-3 years of demonstrated success in a sales-focused role within e-commerce, retail, or FMCG industries.
 - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through the application of consultative and solutions-oriented sales methodologies.
 - Strong aptitude for identifying and promoting new merchandise and offerings to new markets.
 - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Workplace applications. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and demonstrate a strong drive for achieving results.
 - Exceptional commercial acumen, with polished written and oral communication skills.
 - Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex economic data and communicate insights effectively.
 - Comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-energy environment, with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of direct experience within the e-commerce sector.
