Administrative & Operations Support (Remote)
About Sunset Office Cleaning: We're a well-established, family-owned cleaning company serving the Sioux Falls area since 1989. The Opportunity: As our Administrative & Operations Support, you'll play a vital role in keeping our business running smoothly. This is a primarily remote position with some flexibility to work from our office. You'll provide essential support to our business owner, management, and team members, handling a variety of administrative tasks with a focus on communication, organization, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screening employment applications and assisting with the onboarding process.
- Leading new hire orientations, ensuring paperwork and training materials are complete.
- Maintaining and organizing data and files.
- Managing employee recognition programs (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.).
- Scheduling work and coordinating staff.
- Providing phone and email support during designated hours.
- Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Potentially managing travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Supporting marketing efforts by posting job ads.
- Assisting with inventory management.
- Contributing to company projects as needed.

Qualifications:
- Home address in the Sioux Falls area (57104).
- Reliable transportation for occasional local travel.
- Dedicated home office with reliable Wi-Fi.
- Own computer (Chrome preferred) and smartphone for company communication.
- Printer for company materials (Sunset Office Cleaning provides paper & ink).
- High school diploma/GED; college coursework preferred.
- Valid ID and a clean background check.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
- Hours: 15-25 hours per week, Monday-Friday with occasional weekend availability.
