Live Chat Agent
This is a remote position.
Symphony-Solution is seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Live Chat Agent to provide real-time support to our website visitors and clients. As the first point of contact you will help users with inquiries provide guidance on services and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely accurate and professional manner
• Understand company services to effectively assist clients and prospects
• Troubleshoot issues or route queries to the appropriate internal teams
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
• Collaborate with sales development and support teams for accurate information sharing
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and contribute to team goals
Requirements
• Previous experience in customer service live chat support or a similar role
• Excellent written communication skills and fast typing speed
• Tech-savvy and familiar with using CRM and chat tools
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor s degree preferred but not required
