Who you are:

As a Special Assets Officer with Frost, you will be responsible managing a portfolio of adversely graded loans. More than that, this role is about providing top-quality support and doing it with our signature all-win approach in mind.

What you?ll do:
? Analyze and review each assigned loan to determine the proper collection actions that needs to be taken
? Monitor the financial conditions of borrowers
? Keep in contact with attorneys regarding legal issues
? Develop and implement collection strategies
? Collect payments and liquidate collateral
? Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you?ll need:
? Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
? Bachelor's Degree - Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent work experience
? Excellent written and oral communication skills
? 3 years of experience in Credit Administration, Loan Review, or Lending
